system, an electrical control unit, and a high-performance microcomputer for data acquisition and processing. Engineered for high measurement accuracy,

· Automatically measures technical parameters, performs conformity judgment, reads axle end markings and generates records in accordance with the requirements specified in TG/CL 224-2016 Rules for Assembly, Maintenance and Management of Railway Freight Car Wheelsets and Axles.
· Equipped with measurement item selection function. Operators can select measurement parameters as required. After selection, the system performs automatic measurement with intelligent prompts. It is easy to operate, provides detailed work prompts and wizards, and can judge whether the measurement results are qualified based on the preset limit values.
· Has intelligent automatic calibration and self-calibration functions. It is equipped with a built-in simulated standard wheelset, making later calibration and periodic inspection
more convenient.
· The operation interface is in Chinese, conforms to domestic operation habits, and has good human-machine interaction function. It can upload wheelset parameters and measurement results to the HMIS system, and supports printing and data management.
· Adopts world-leading high-precision displacement sensors and non-contact measurement method, which will not damage the workpiece.
